How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the design and the stone. We'll give you a timeline at your consultation, before anything is made.
How much does custom jewelry cost?
Custom pieces are quoted after your consultation, once the stone, metal and design are settled. For a sense of range, our ready-to-ship pieces run from $850 to $5,900.
Can I use my own stone?
Yes. We can set a stone you already own, including a family stone. See heirloom reworking.
Can custom pieces be returned?
No — custom pieces are made for you, and all sales are final. See returns.
